• This exclusive UOB Regional Dining Program offer is applicable only to UOB Lady’s Card cardholders making reservations through the dedicated booking page at
www.diningcity.asia/UOBMastercard-RegionalDiningExclusives .
• The offer is valid for the restaurant’s set menu only.
• Limited to 2 persons per credit card, per table, and per bill, on a first come first serve basis.
• Customers must present their UOB Lady’s Card and reservation details for verification.
• Reservations are subject to availability and visible on the dedicated booking page. A confirmation email or SMS will be sent upon reservation confirmation.
• This offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
• Valid for dine-in only; takeaways are not applicable.
• In the event of special occasions or blackout dates at the restaurants, alternative reservation dates will be offered.
• Please inform the restaurant of any dietary restrictions or requirements when placing your order.
• By participating in this campaign, UOB Lady’s Card cardholders agree to these terms.
• Cardholders are responsible for any payments arising from food or drink orders outside the set menu.
• Payments must be made using a UOB Lady’s Card.
• The offer is valid for a minimum 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. For more information on the offer validity, please refer to the restaurant reservation page.
• Amendments and cancellations should be made through the dedicated booking page. Amendments and cancellations require a minimum 6-hour notice. In case of amendments and
cancellation within 6 hours or no show, the dining offer becomes void. For cancellations more than 6 hours in advance, the voucher code is released for reuse.
• For any cancellation within 6 hours or no show, UOB reserves the right to facilitate customer billing for the complimentary set meal at its standard price.
• UOB, Mastercard, and their affiliates are not responsible for the quality, services, quantity, ambience, or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by the featured
restaurants. UOB shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm arising from the products and/or services offered by these restaurants. UOB is not responsible for any 
issues with making reservations under the UOB Regional Dining Program offer, as availability at these restaurants is beyond UOB’s control.
• All disputes about the quality or performances of the products and/or services offered by the featured restaurants should be resolved directly with the relevant featured restaurants.
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the offer’s respective country.
• The offer is subject to force majeure.
• The offer is not available where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Participation is voluntary.
• UOB reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions governing the offers at any time.
• UOB’s decision on all matters relating to this UOB Regional Dining Program will be at its reasonable discretion and will be final and binding on all customers.
