Question: How many people is the UOB dining program valid for? 

Answer: This program is valid for 2 people aged 12 and above.

 

Question: How long is the UOB dining program valid for? 

Answer: The UOB dining program voucher code has different validities based on the country you reside in. Please find the information below:

  • Singapore: voucher code valid for redemption till 17 May 2025
  • Thailand: voucher code valid for redemption till 12 July 2025
  • Malaysia: voucher code valid for redemption till 11 Jan 2024
  • Indonesia: voucher code valid for redemption till 4 Jan 2024
     

Question: What restaurant or countries can I make the booking for? 

Answer: Reservations can be made at participating restaurants in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Singaporean customers have the flexibility to reserve tables across all countries, while customers in Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia can make reservations within these three countries, excluding Singapore.

 

Question: Can I make the reservation directly with the participating restaurants? 

Answer: No, reservations can only be made using the link provided to you as per your redemption notice. Enter the unique voucher code in the 'Vouchers' section to redeem the UOB Regional Dining Program offer.

 

Question: Do I need an account to make a reservation? 

Answer: No. You only need your phone number, email address, and the first 8 digits of your UOB Lady’s Card for reservation and verification.

 

Question: Which days and times are available for reservations? 

Answer: Table seatings for this UOB Dining Program offer are exclusively available on Fridays and Saturdays at 7 pm at participating restaurants. You may log in to the webpage at any time to reserve your table.

 

Question: How do I use my voucher code? 

Answer:

  1. Click/Visit the link provided to you as per your redemption notice
  2. Select your preferred restaurant
  3. Choose your preferred date and the 7 pm time slot
  4. Insert the first 8 digits of your UOB Lady’s Card
  5. Input your name, email, phone number, and one-time code (OTP)
  6. Apply your voucher code* *Reservations without a valid voucher code will not be fulfilled.

 

Question: What if I have dietary restrictions? 

Answer: Indicate dietary restrictions or allergies under the “Request section” during your reservation process.

 

Question: Why are some dates and times unavailable? 

Answer: Restaurants have limited seating. Check back weekly for newly opened slots or explore other participating restaurants.

 

Question: Can I modify my reservation? 

Answer: No. However, you can cancel your current reservation at least 6 hours before your seating time and make a new reservation using the same voucher code.

 

Question: How do I cancel my reservation? 

Answer: Cancel your reservation up to 6 hours before the seating time using the link in your confirmation email.

 

Question: If I cancel my reservation at least 6 hours before seating time, can I still use the same voucher code? 

Answer: Yes, you can reuse the same voucher code if you have cancelled the reservation at least 6 hours before your seating time.

 

Question: What if I cancel the reservation within the 6 hours of the seating time or I cannot make it for the reservation? 

Answer: If you cancel your reservation within 6 hours of the seating time or are unable to attend, the voucher code will be considered redeemed. Maximize the dining experience by gifting your booking to family or friends. Simply forward the email confirmation, and they can present it upon arrival at the restaurant for verification to enjoy the exclusive dining program offer.

 

Question: What if I don’t receive a confirmation email? 

Answer: Confirmation email is sent directly after you make the reservation. If you do not receive one, check your spam folder or email info@diningcity.asia.

 

Question: How long will the restaurant hold my reservation? 

Answer: Table will be held for 15 minutes after reservation time, after which it may be released. Contact the restaurant directly for delays; they will try their best to accommodate you.

 

Question: Is there a dress code? 

Answer: Yes, smart casual attire is recommended.

 

Question: Do I need to pay a deposit before dining? 

Answer: No, prepayment is not required.

 

Question: How do I pay for extra items beyond the set menu? 

Answer: Pay the restaurant directly for any additional food or drinks. We encourage you to pay with your UOB Lady’s Mastercard credit card.

 

Question: Can I combine vouchers for a table of four? 

Answer: Two separate reservations are required. Email us at info@diningcity.sg if you'd like to be seated together, due to limited availability there are no guarantees.

 

Question: Do I need to bring any form of verification to the restaurant? 

Answer: Yes, please show your digital email confirmation received for the booking for verification.
