II. Reservation

Making a Reservation

All reservations must be made through the designated booking platform at least 24 hours before the requested dining time and are subject to restaurant availability. Walk-in requests are not eligible for program benefits.

Restaurant Availability

Participating restaurants determine available seating inventory, operating hours, and reservation availability under this program. Availability may change without notice. Availability is determined solely by the restaurant.

Blackout Dates

Benefits may not be available on public holidays, festive periods, special occasions, private events, restaurant buy-outs, or other dates determined by the participating restaurant.

Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only when a confirmation email and/or SMS has been successfully issued through the booking platform. Cardholders should retain the confirmation for verification at the restaurant. Restaurants are independently operated outside the control of Mastercard and restaurants reserve the right to cancel, amend, or change reservations.

Where a restaurant requires a deposit, payment hold, or card guarantee, the restaurant will contact cardholders directly to arrange it and this is not a booking platform transaction. Cardholders may be required to use the same eligible Mastercard card used during reservation for such requests.

Non-Transferability

Reservations and benefits are personal to the eligible cardholder and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other benefit.

III. Reservation Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows

Reservation Modifications for Benefit 1 – 3

Once a reservation is confirmed, it cannot be modified through the booking platform.

  • Date Changes: Date changes are not permitted. Cardholders will need to cancel their existing reservation and make a new reservation, subject to availability and program terms. Direct date changes with participating restaurants are not supported.
  • Time Changes and Party Size Changes: Requests must be made directly with the restaurant and are subject to the restaurant's discretion and availability. Alternatively, cardholders may cancel their existing reservation and make a new reservation, subject to availability and program terms.

Reservation Modifications for Benefit 4

Reservations may be modified through the booking platform up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled dining time, subject to restaurant-specific policies and availability.

  • Date Changes: Date changes may only be made through the booking platform up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled dining time. Within 24 hours of the scheduled dining time, cardholders must cancel their existing reservation and make a new reservation, subject to availability and program terms. Direct date changes with participating restaurants are not supported.
  • Time Changes and Party Size Changes: Time and party size changes may be made through the booking platform up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled dining time, subject to availability. Within 24 hours of the scheduled dining time, requests must be made directly with the restaurant and are subject to the restaurant's discretion and availability.

Direct Restaurant Modifications

Any reservation modification approved directly by a restaurant will be managed outside the booking platform and will not be reflected in the reservation details displayed on the platform. Cardholders are responsible for retaining any confirmation or correspondence provided by the restaurant regarding the approved modification.

Any fees, charges, or penalties associated with such modifications charged by the restaurant shall be borne solely by the cardholder.

Mastercard shall not be responsible for modification requests declined by a restaurant, or for any fees, charges, penalties, disputes, or consequences arising from arrangements made directly between the cardholder and the restaurant.

Benefit Changes

Once a reservation is confirmed, the selected benefit cannot be changed. Cardholders who wish to select a different benefit must cancel their existing reservation and make a new reservation, subject to availability and program rules.

Cancellation Policy

Cardholders should cancel reservations through the booking platform whenever possible. Reservations cancelled through the booking platform will generally result in the associated program quota being reinstated immediately, although processing delays may occasionally occur. Restaurant cancellation charges and forfeited deposits may still apply in accordance with the restaurant's policy.

Restaurant-Initiated Cancellations

Where a cancellation is made directly with the restaurant instead of through the booking platform, restoration of program quota may be delayed for up to 48 hours after the original reservation time. During this period, the quota may continue to be treated as redeemed. If the restaurant initiates a change of date or time to the reservation, the restaurant will notify the cardholder and if the cardholder chooses to cancel, then the program quota will be restored per the above method.

Late Arrivals

Participating restaurants will hold reservations for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled reservation time, unless otherwise specified by the restaurant. Cardholders arriving after the applicable period may be treated as a no-show, and any applicable restaurant cancellation charges, deposits, or penalties may apply in accordance with the restaurant's policy.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a confirmed reservation without completing a valid cancellation or modification may be treated as a no-show. Restaurant cancellation charges, deposits, or other penalties may apply in accordance with the restaurant's policy.

Cardholders are encouraged to check restaurant policies when making a reservation. No-shows will not impact program quota. Restoration of program quota may be delayed for up to 48 hours after the original reservation time.

IV. Payment & Benefit Redemption

Verification at Restaurant

Cardholders may be required to present:

  • Their reservation confirmation;
  • The eligible Mastercard card used during reservation; and
  • Proof of identity if reasonably requested for verification purposes.

Failure to complete verification may result in benefits being denied.

Eligible Payment Method

The final bill must be paid using the eligible Mastercard card used during reservation. Payment can be made using a physical card or digital card.

For digital payments, only contactless in-store transactions made using an eligible Mastercard card provisioned in Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Wallet, and processed via a merchant's POS terminal, will qualify for this offer.

Payments made via Alipay, WeChat Pay, or any other digital wallet, as well as QR code, online, in-app, or other card-not-present transactions, are presently excluded and are not eligible for the Benefits.

Where the original card is lost, expired, replaced, renewed, or reissued, Mastercard may accept a replacement card linked to the same card account, subject to verification.

If the final bill is paid using a card other than the reservations card used to receive the Benefit, Mastercard reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, suspend, restrict or revoke access to the Benefit, including future use of the booking platform and associated benefits.

Minimum Spend

For Benefit 1 and 2, the minimum spend requirement is based on the final nett bill and includes service charges and taxes.

Applied Discount

  • Benefit 1 and 2: Discount is applied on top of the final nett bill.
  • Benefit 3: Discount is applied on the food and beverage subtotal, but before service charges and taxes are calculated.

Foreign Currency / Local Currency

Dining credits and minimum spend thresholds are determined in the local currency of the restaurant location. The applicable local currency value displayed on the booking platform at the time of booking shall prevail.

Other Promotions

Unless otherwise stated on the booking platform, eligibility to combine this benefit with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, loyalty programs, or offers is determined solely by the participating restaurant. The restaurant's decision shall prevail. Cardholders are encouraged to check before dining.

Unless otherwise specified, this program benefit may not be stacked with other Mastercard dining benefits.

V. General Terms

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law. Subject to applicable law, Mastercard shall not be liable for losses arising from third party service providers including a participating restaurant's products, services, acts, omissions, or operational decisions.

Mastercard may modify, suspend, or terminate the program, participating restaurants, benefits, or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law. Information displayed on the booking platform shall prevail.

In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
